Today I did my training on the bike on the Gaisberg. Was a quite nice tour with wolfi. But my knee also hurts today so I think I will take a rest tomorrow an wait for my new running shoes. Hope it will be better.

Nice Coopers Test today. Although I made the mistake that I started to fast. First 1km in 3:10 is at the moment a little bit to fast for me^^.

Warm up and cool down at the coopers test. Knee felt not pretty well!!!

Was in the gym of henndorf on the ergo bike. Was quite boring and made most of the training in standing position because then my knee dosen't hurt in this position.

Today was running after the work. Today I tried other shoes and I think that's the problem. My knee didn't hurts so much as the last time. So tomorrow I will order new shoes. ;-)
@ Rich: Sorry was not possible to run cross at 7 pm without light. ;-)

I don't know what's happen with my knee. It hurts the hole day today. So I will take a rest. :-/

Running arround the Salzachseen. To warm up.

Intervals intervals 27:00 [4] 8.0 km (3:23 / km)

Made today 4 x 2000 m Intervals on the track. I felt pretty well today only my knee hurts me a little bit again afterwards. The only problem was today that I run not constant. I miss my pace feeling a little bit...

Here the details:

1. 6:53 min / 1km 3:28, 2km 3:25

2. 6:42 min / 1km 3:17, 2km 3:26

3. 6:46 min / 1km 3:18 , 2km 3:28

4. 6:39 min / 1km 3:20 , 2km 3:19

2 minutes break between each on.
