Today the training was very strange. My legs felt quite heavy. Didn't know really why.

Today was a really great training. It was the first time after a long long time that I had no pain during the run. :D

Strenght training with the club. Was quite nice.

Easy short run to breitis to give the key back and than home. Only a little bit to move the legs. ;-)

Quite nice run today. Felt pretty good. My knee I felt also only a little bit. ;-)
