Nice longish hilly run in the afternoon over Plaike and Zifanken. Felt pretty well today and my periosteum also hurt not really. :-)

Running my standart round in the morning. Was quite warm today and nice sunny. :-)

Go by bike to the startpoint for my hill training and back.

Felt not very well by the sessions. Run 2 times on the top of the Stoawandl and one time 10 min uphill. But how I say I felt not good today. My leg were very heavy.

Interval session 6 x 800 m with around 1:40 min break. Was quite nice but a lot of wind. Here the details:

Warm up and cool down for the track training. Including break between the intervals.

Nice smooth run with wolfi. Felt quite okay and also my periosteum didn't hurt today. :-)
