After a long time the first session again on ski roller was quite okay. Although almost really wet. ;-)

Track intervals 15:30 [5] 5.0 km (3:06 / km)

Did today intervals 5 x 1000 m to see how my feet are work. Was not really good for my periosteum but the pace was good. Here are the details:

1. 3:07 min
2. 3:05 min
3. 3:07 min
4. 3:08 min
5. 3:03 min

2 min break between each one.

running warm up/down 29:01 [2] 4.0 km (7:15 / km) +15m 7:07 / km

Warm up and cool down for the track. Including also the 2 min break.

Today I tried again running. Felt all in all quite well, the pace was good but I had always my mind on my periosteum. It hurt a little bit.

Today I did my standart round. Was okay although I my legs felt not so strong today.
