Today was running 30 min fast as possible. Was quite nice and also my feet doesn't hurt so much.

Mountainbike warm up/down 39:38 [1] 13.0 km (3:03 / km) +265m 2:46 / km

Going by bike with rich to haslach for the tempo run. And also back.

Nice roller session today the haslach round. Actually I would go longer but I had tire damage. :-X

Was running today. I tested how its going with the feet. Was okay but I felt the pain a little bit.
