Austrian Championship for 10 km roadrace in Ried. Was okay that run. Was not much good or bad. I'm satisfied with my time. Finished at 27th overall and as 5th in my class.

Today 5x 400m on the Track. I don't know what I should say to that session. I think in the last time I felt a little bit tried and slow.... We well see... tomorrow is rest.. and on saturday is 10 km race in ried. :-)

Today we did 6 x 800m. Was not really satisfied. Had after the 3 one problems with my stomach. But here the details:

Made a round around the Wallersee with Wolf. My legs felt quite heavy today. Lets see how the intervals will be tomorrow.
