Orienteering 22:51 [4] 3.5 km (6:32 / km) +85m 5:49 / km

Only a short, fast round in the morning. Had to unfortunately to stop because of my periosteum. :-( So I decide to walk a round with the kids of our club.

Ps: In the afternoon no training because of the periost. Did only with Lisa contour line training. Was the most of the time walking.

Friday May 1, 2009 #

Orienteering 1:00:35 [2] 5.0 km (12:07 / km) +170m 10:21 / km

Trainigcamp in Mariapfarr. Was quite nice. Morningsession was quite nice. Only to get in contact with a map again. Made some bigger mistakes in the beginning.

Orienteering 42:38 [3] +150m

In the afternoon we did a "Wurzeltstock" OL. Also quite nice.

Only strength training today because of my periosteum. Tomorrow rest day and friday I go to club trainingcamp in Mariapfarr.

Nice round on the plabutsch. Running up to the fürstenstand and over Gösting back to the FH. Good run although my periosteum hurt again and my polar belt doesn't work anymore correctly. :-(

nice intervalls along the mur. 4x4 min with 3' 3' and 2' min break. nice session although my stomach was a little bit strange.

Ps: I'm not sure about the distance (austrianmap).

Warm up and cool down for the ints. Also breaks are included.
