Nice round over first gravel road and the ruin in the henndorf forrest. But it was incredibly hot!!!!

Did today in morning interval training at Salzachseen. Today intervals were again quite strange. Had some problems with the stomach and on heartrate you can see it was not my maximum. Anyway here are the details:

2. 3:15 min
3. 3:13 min
4. 3:12 min
5. 3:13 min

2 min break after each one.

Warm up and cool down included.

Did today 5 x 1000 m intervals on track at Salzachseen. Was quite hot and it was hard to run alone and to motivate me. Here are the details:

Nice run in the Henndorf forrest over Plaike and Stoawandl. Quite hot but I felt okay after the cycling session yesterday.
