Gill raced Alsaeger 5 during day, so went for run in the evening when got home.
Stomach still sore, but seemed to feel a bit better once got running.
Set off steady, but felt quite fast towards the end.

Did not sleep on Sunday night as in extreme pain - may not be a sore hip-flexor after all. Calling NHS Direct in morning.

Cycled from St Albans upto Leicester Forest East to meet Gill.
Felt quite strong - averaged around 18.5 mph.
Cross wind most of the way.
Tiring but not too bad.
Note
Got a sore stomach, feel as though my hip flexor on the right is tight. Tried to stretch it but although sore is not reacting.

Jogged around while coaching track session. Great to run pain-free for first time since Xmas.
Fingers crossed - may be back to full run training again.

Moved around Rest day to Friday to accomodate meetings at work. So did 'big-gear strength' Turbo session today. Put fan in room to help cool down - HR lower than last week, so maybe it had a big impact.
