| Gill raced Alsaeger 5 during day, so went for run in the evening when got home.
Stomach still sore, but seemed to feel a bit better once got running. Set off steady, but felt quite fast towards the end. | ||

| Cycled from St Albans upto Leicester Forest East to meet Gill.
Felt quite strong - averaged around 18.5 mph. Cross wind most of the way. Tiring but not too bad. | ||

| Moved around Rest day to Friday to accomodate meetings at work. So did 'big-gear strength' Turbo session today. Put fan in room to help cool down - HR lower than last week, so maybe it had a big impact.
