| Ride to top of mountain on hire bike from hotel - had a coffee and apple streudal before a fast descent back down the tracks.
Really enjoyed it. |

| Cycled down to swimming lake - and back up the hill again - with Ants on the back it made the 12% gradient hard work...not to mention the thin air!! |

| Long reps x 4 - 3 to 4 mins with 1:30 recovery.
Managed to get legs turning over okay by last couple of reps. Hard work at altitude.

| Ran down to Fiss on tarmac path, then up the cablecar route alongside the summer toboggan run (approx 20 mins steep uphill), then along undulating path along to another cablecar station - came down on cablecar to save legs - still killing me to run steep downhill from Saturdays run. |

| Out on rental bike - loop of forest near Serfaus - thought it may be easy but hills were very steep - managed to keep going though, and really enjoyed it.
Main uphill section took 30 mins plus of seriously low gear mashing.
Saw plenty of people struggling up (and down) later when I was coming back down.

| Ran a flatter route today, along to Fiss then along route mountain biked yesterday. Legs still very sore, but actually felt easier if I ran quicker...pity the heart and lungs found that difficult at this altitude. |
