JK Relay.
Got off to a good start then settled in near the front for the first control. Really felt like I was working hard for the first 10-15 minutes and then it all began to feel a bit easier. Great to run with a good field

JK Long Distance.
Tried to run as fast as I could all of the time. Orienteering was probably better than yesterday but I was lacking confidence at some key points. Should have "got on with it" a little more in the woods potentially. Good nutrition

Struggled to focus completely but was going alright. Main problem was a lack of planning ahead, demonstrated perfectly by missing out a control. Learnt a lesson about checking descriptions as well.

Ran to the sea, could see from north Wales to the Lakes. Nice. Some strides on the way back
