First orienteering in Norway since December, down in Fredrikstad in the chase for snow free terrain. Mass start middle distance, feeling good but not great healthwise but managed to hang on for the first bit, then I missed which gave me an excuse to check the HR and decided on cutting the intensity after that. Trying to be slightly sensible.
