WOC Long
Kind of mixed feelings about this, I did a reasonable job on the execution side of things and managed to be on the ball enough to plan ahead. Nothing really stupid until the end.
Routechoices were not good, couple of macro ones wrong and then some micro parts of the macro where I wasn't on the best line.
Physically happy with how things went, bit weak in the middle section of the race, but I did try and run harder at the start than I would have normally and it seemed to work out alright.
Did get to run all alone which was nice, even though all the track running in the same place meant that I did get to see many more people than usual on a long distance

Just not really on it from the start so was slow and technically poor. Managed to get it together in the middle section for a bit but lost it again towards the end. Pretty sure everybody felt terrible with the early start

Chased the group, tried to get in charge, ended up on my own and convinced I had missed a control, lost some control and made a few mistakes, got tired, just about held it together
