Staffed the remote aid station for the Billygoat.... saw about 90 runners come through before I left. Great weather, fun to see everyone come through. Amazing that some of the fast o'ers don't even stop for water when there's a poured cup within an arm's length.

I thought the GPS track would be amusing. Then I left it on for the drive back to the finish area and it clearly shows my inability to reverse a route.

In case any one was wondering, the Billygoat is tomorrow. Uh. So I did my normal running at Moreau this morning. Once around the lakes. Didn' t have the ipod so I tried to get the intervals correct for Week 3, Day 2. I know I didn't get quite right. I'll move on with my life. And on to billygoat tomorrow! At least I can report the conditions should be awesome.

Week 3 day 1 of couch 2 5k... 5 min warmup, 90s run/90s walk/3 min run/3min walk/3 min run/3 min walk/90s run/90 s walk/ 5 min walk... then did about 10 minutes extra... did some machines too.

"Penalty day"... repeat of week 2 day 3. Running into the wind for the end. My pace profile makes me want to see a fourier transform of the data.

Couch 2 5K week 2, day 3... missed a day so will do a "penalty day" next time.

5 min warmup/ 90s run 120s walk intervals for 20 min/5 min cooldown plus a bit of a run to get back home.

First time doing this series with the 305. If I wear the heart rate monitor I will have 3 devices on me while I run (305+heart monitor+ipod). What else can I add?
