Run/walk intervals at the Crossings, same as before with 5 min warmup then 1:30/1:00 run walk, but this is a bit longer route than the programmed duration, so I went longer. Funny how that works.

Pine Bush/Blueberry Hill, I've never been here before and I live two miles away. One big loop that's about 2.5miles. Flat and forested on the east part, on the western part its open and you go over a couple dunes. Got about 3 feet away from a rabbit hunched on the trail, but without my glasses, I thought it was a coiled snake. Beautiful morning in the 60s!

at Cicotti center, some laps on the inside track then 20 mins on the elliptical, then a little walk/run around the big field (perhaps 3/4 miles).

Note: the elliptical's TV was set to the food channel.
