Indoor track at cicotti center.. 5 min walk then intervals of (mostly) 2 laps run/1 lap walk, a lap is about 0.1 miles or so. Heart rate data seems reasonable. The GPS actual held a signal for the most part while indoors though it doesn't make sense.

Indoor track at cicotti center, 5 min walk, then intervals of about 2 laps running, 1 lap walking. Some weights and more walking afterwards.

*totally bogus heart rate data, my rate isn't 150 bpm while walking and isn't below 100 while running
