First time riding with the guys from CK Uni in over a year. Long ride with easy tempo. Fun to have company when training for once in a while. Doing probably 90% of my training alone.
Cycling - MTB intervals 1:10:00 [4] 15.0 km (12.9 kph)
Long intervals on one of the local mtb-tracks. 3 laps with speed, each lap takes about 8-9min, and then about 2min rest inbetween. I also did a 4th lap as warm down before going back home.
