Started with 10min warm up then did 2 laps on the MTB course in Sunnersta. Had 19,43 on the two laps. Used my Nishiki SRI Carbon (8,5kg 26HT) with the 2,25 Racing Ralph (2,0 bar rear, 2,3 bar front). I'll use this loop as a test track since it's really technical and hilly.

After that I did a loop in Nåsten and Vårtsätra and then a loop in the northern parts of Lunsen.

Got a new derailleur in the mail. Changed the tires from the fat 2,2 race king to the skinnier furious fred 2,0. The skinny tires worked awesome. I didn't have any problems with the grip even though it was kind of muddy on the trails.

Cycling - MTB race (MTBO) 57:56 [4]

Camp cup 4. Middle masstart. Good race til 12th where my rear derailleur and drop outs got destroyed. Lost the lead group since I couldn't out much pressure on my pedals without risking to destroy the derailleur even more. Got 12th: http://www.mtbocamp.dk/2012/results4.htm

Replaced by drop out (I had a spare one in my bike bag) and fixed my derailleur with a random piece of plastic and ducttape. Maybe not the most solid way to do it but didn't have much choice since I needed a 5th race to get a shot at a good overall place.

The race didn't go very well and I did have some more mechanical problems a long the way. Finished in 19th place which got me an 14th place overall.

Camp cup 3 and WRE long. Not a very good race for me. I kept making stupid mistakes and taking the wrong route choices. Ended up 17th.
