Ultra long distance MTBO. Didn't really push, but instead took it easier and also cut some parts of the course. Long drive home afterward.

Going to the event and back + warm up/down.

WRE middle distance. Started well but crashed pretty bad going to 6th (ate dirt!). After that I never really got back into the flow. Also took some really bad routechoices in the end that lost me 2min. Still got 12th, and not far behind top 3.

WRE Sprint. 5th place. Good race. Started slow and managed to be one step ahead for most of the race, which really paid of. Also, held a pretty decent speed. Did one stupid mistake at the very end which might have cost me a top 3. Good to se that de winter training have paid of.

Another race in the MTBO Camp cup. Short (more like a sprint). Pretty good race in decent tempo. Nothing special but fast enough for the orientering to be at an ok speed.

Easy warm up through town. Followed by an middle distance MTBO course. After that we just played around on the technical xco course by the finish.

No knee pain. A bit stiff, but nothing bad. Felt great to be riding my bike again. Also, I used my race shoes which has a slightly different cleat position. That might be the root of the problem. I haven't really been able to get the cleats right on my winter shoes...
