Running in a forest near my home in Almunge, Sweden.

Started skiing but one of the stick had to turn back home because one of the sticks was broken.

Running on the map that were used for smålandskavlen together with Thomas. Nice terrain! We where running the course from yesterday backwards on map memory.

shoes: OLWAY Tiger
Smålandskavlen comp. 2nd leg (night) for Rehns BK 2. Started quite bad with some stupid mistakes at 2nd and 3rd. I was running quite good after that, the terrain suitet me well! Fast and technical and very good for night-O.

Night-O with OLGY and GOK north of Gävle. Technical terrain an a good course at 6,5km. Made some mistakes in the end.

running in sandviken, mostly on tarmak.

Tuesday Oct 23

Night-O intervals in Bonäs, Mora. Fast sand terrain. 4x4 intervals with 15min warm up and 15 min warm down.
