Running in water, again, at centralbadet, Uppsala. I meet some of the guys from Malungs OK Skogsmådarna on my way to centralbadet. Apparently they 're in town for some 10-Mila training. If my knee gets better I might join them tomorrow or on sunday.

Night-O with OK Linné. I was running the middle course. After a couple of controls my right knee started to hurt.

I felt a bit tired today and the weather was shit so I thought this was the ideal rest day. Also my right knee hurts...

Nc-sport cup. M21. Tried to run in an "easier" pace than usual, but that didn't work out well. After about half the course I discovered that my HR was at 195! so I tried to slow down after that.

I was orienteering well today, but not so fast, and didn't make any bigger mistakes apart from my route choice to control 13.

Easy running in lunsen with Nicklas mostly on tracks.

Easy running south of Uppsala at the Kungshamn-Morga map. The terrain is not like the rest of Uppsala, it's a lot more hilly, almost continental. I was feeling a bit tired today at the beginning but after about 30 min of running i was feeling better.
