Uppland sprint-DM. Was test running the M21 course before the comp. Unfortunetly one of the controls wasn't working so I lost about 1 min there. I had to run back and replace that control directly after finishing. My race was otherwise quite good but I was to tired to run fast becuse of yesterdays running comp.

Karnevalsloppet, Avesta. I started quite fast and after the first 3 km I was still running as fast as I wanted (My aim to get under 28min). But after that I started to get some problems with blister which made me slow down. I passed the 6K mark on 21,50. Very tired and with blisters and chafe on a couple of places on my body I finished as the 13th runner..

Rånäs OK Sprint Cup. 50% forest and 50% park. The course started in the forest. I was running fast in the beginning, to fast, and I made a mistake on the first control (about 20sec). I was taking it easier after that mistake and I started to understand the map better. The part of the course that was in the park was quite easy and I didn't do any more mistakes. But I guess that some of my routechoises wasn't always the fastest (but the easiest). Won the race with about 30 sec.

Orienteering at the map roslagskrossen with Davisd, Joel and Glenn. Great terrain , but the map was i bit old (18 years). I was feeling light today. But I was feeling a pain in my right leg, which I think is shin splints. I'm going to take it easy with the running for some days and hope that it will pass.

Hälsingekavlen, 5th leg. It was very fast and quite easy terrain today. I Wwas orienteering very well and did only miss around 40-45 sec today. I was also the fastest on my leg (38 sec ahead of second runner).

Middle distance training on scale 1:15000. I was orienteering well and feeling light.

Faxeträffen, Söderhamns OK, orienteering comp at the same map as o-ringen 2006. Started quite bad with a 2,5 min mistake at the first control (a long leg) and a 2 min mistake at the second. I was running quite fast after those mistake and I didn't do any more mistakes. Came in second place after Anton Tynong, Gävle, and before Oscar Vångel, Linköping, in third.

Took the morning ferry to Åland, Finland, for some jukola training. First training at Lumparland. 8km course in a very technical area with lots of details. I was very tired but I still managed to orienteer well.

Middle distance training at the Björnhuvud map. Great area for orienteering. I was running a lot faster on this training and I'd only miss around 20 sek.

Orienteering in Lunsen with Nicklas A. Easy pace and a good flow in the mapreading.

It started to rain on my way home, so I called my mother who picked me with her car instead.

Swedish student championship in 10km running. My shape today was terrible and my result wasn't good. Finished in 9th place but was almost 5 min behind (!) at 37min.

So now will be doing some easy training for a while, and hopefully my running shape will be better at the next running comp.

Jwoc-test long. Started quite bad and ended ok. I hade some problems finding the flow and picking the right route choises.

To bad I'm not danish, because this race would probably have been enough to make their team (they had their jwoc-test at the same course).

Jwoc-test, middle, in Göteborg. I made a hugh mistake to the first control. After that I was orienteering ok, apart from control 6 where I took a bad route choise.

Roslagshelg (middle). Best terrain this year ! (so far) Started fast and got the first control perfect. I had a great flow after that but i did take some bad route choises. Unfortunately my running shape wasn't the best after yesterdays two races.
