MTB-O race in Mora. Lost to much time physically today (guessing it's the pollen), I felt like shit most of the race. I also took some bad route choises. Got to get some mora mtb-o training in so that I'll get a better "flow" in both riding and orienteering.

Going to Poland this wednesday for the wc. It's going to be good to see how far behind the best I am.

MTB-O in Mora. I didn't do any big mistakes, but I never really got "into it" either. I had to stop to much, never got a good flow. I'd probably lost some times on a couple of route choises (nr 4,6 and maybe 13 as well). At controle 18 Tobias Öström caught up with me (don't know when he started) and at controle 20 we both caught up with Herman Håll and we all missed that one together. I'm not very pleased with my race, mostly because I didn't feel good physically (probably because of all the pollen).

Got 5th place.

Sprint-DM at Ulltuna. Quite clean race technically, though I did take one bad route choice. But I did have a lot of problems with pollen, I was exhausted by the second controle. I'm hoping it will rain tomorrow.

Took all the controles today, pleased with that. Long distance today, started first. Fucked up on to controles, big. Both of the was bad route choises. But on the long leg to nr 7 I lost almost 4 min and the second place. Feels like I got the capacity to go fast, just need a couple of more weeks to get in good shape.

I kind of "got slected" to participate at the world cup in Poland 2-6 june. Hopefully I can do better over there.

Mountainbike orienteering in Gagnef. Masstart, 3 loops of about 4,5km.Would have been in second place if it wasn't for tha fact that I skipped a control (my second last).

The course was 13,5km and my route was 18,8km (according to my GPS).

3x2km sprint-o. At the moment I feel extremely slow when running, so I felt that some intervals would be good for me. Used some old sprint courses that I did last year, they where all within jogging distance.

Cycling - MTB race (Orienteering) 1:32:00 [4]

Delivered two boats to the west coast of sweden and then took the opportunity to try some mountainbike orienteering on my way home. OK Tyr in Karlstad had a local comp. Cycling felt ok, had a good flow on the technical riding and where able to push pretty good on the roads. My orienteering on the other hand was a disaster. It was quite hard to read the map when riding on smaller tracks and I made some stupid mistakes because I lost my map contact. Anyway, it was fun and I will try it again soon.

Club championships in sprint. Ok race for me, wasn't really able to run as fast as I wanted to. Tecnically I lost about 30 sec on mistakes near the control. Looks like I atleast took some good routechoises.
