Late night training, again. I must admit that I like training late at night.. not really sure why but I do sleep a lot better if I train at 9-11pm then at maybe 6-7pm.

Did intervals on the spinning bike. 6x4min with 2 min rest. Legs felt pretty good today. My shape is getting better and better. It's about time since it's now only 2 months til the season starts! Can't wait!

Jumped onto the spinning bike as soon as I got in from the run. Did the classic workout with 8x3min and 2min rest. 20min warm up and 10min warm down.
