Late night training, again. I must admit that I like training late at night.. not really sure why but I do sleep a lot better if I train at 9-11pm then at maybe 6-7pm.
Did intervals on the spinning bike. 6x4min with 2 min rest. Legs felt pretty good today. My shape is getting better and better. It's about time since it's now only 2 months til the season starts! Can't wait!

Easy forest run. My left foot felt fine so I'll probably do some more running soon. Was a bit worried that the foot would still hurt after that longish run I did in Denmark.
No motivation at the moment. Pretty shitty weather here... Gonna try to get some proper training done this weekend and then for real when I get back home next week.
