Easy bike ride around Uppsala in rain, snow and generally shitty weather. Got supermuddy but manage to stay warm. At the end of the ride the weather started to clear up. Felt strong and super motivated during the whole ride.
Feels like I've come out of the winter stronger then last year. I've had no big interuptions in training and even though most of my training have been cross country skiing. I've have done some HIIT sessions on the bike to keep the legs used to pedaling.
I've also been much better with what I'm eating. Cutting all things gluten and sugar out of my diet. My focus have been to eat real food (recently alive, fresh food) and I feel like my recovery times are shorter and that I'm more resistant to colds and other illnesses.
