A1/A2 session at Grönklitt. To the elite track so avoid all the people celebrating easter (and also trying to avoid getting pissed of at people walking in the tracks!). The track is helly as fuck, so I ended up spending quite a bit of time in the A2 zone.

Right knee felt a bit stiff, but overall fine. Started with a shorter 20min loop just to see how it felt. As it was ok I went ahead with the planned 4h ride. Trying to mix singletracks with a bit of dirt roads.

Also I might have brokern my garmin (!) when I crashed as It hit a rock... not good.

Easy bike ride around Uppsala in rain, snow and generally shitty weather. Got supermuddy but manage to stay warm. At the end of the ride the weather started to clear up. Felt strong and super motivated during the whole ride.

Feels like I've come out of the winter stronger then last year. I've had no big interuptions in training and even though most of my training have been cross country skiing. I've have done some HIIT sessions on the bike to keep the legs used to pedaling.

I've also been much better with what I'm eating. Cutting all things gluten and sugar out of my diet. My focus have been to eat real food (recently alive, fresh food) and I feel like my recovery times are shorter and that I'm more resistant to colds and other illnesses.

Easy ride around the lake with Pontus. We took the road over Risa to get some hills into the ride. Feels great to be riding my bike again!

Looked at some some the old maps for the first world cup in France. After that I feel like I really need to start doing more riding in the hills. Gonna need that. Also, I'm really finding it hard do decide which bike to ride this season. I've been on the hardtail this whole winter and I really like how "snappy" it feels on the trails. At the same time I feel that the fully would be great for the comfort (which I think will help in the long run).
