Rehns BK 10Mila training camp in Sigtuna. My knee still didn't feel well so I was walking the course.

Rollerskiing to towards Knutby, turned back after 30min. I was trying to work only with my upper body and allow my knee to rest.

Night-O with OK Linné. I was running the middle course. After a couple of controls my right knee started to hurt.

I felt a bit tired today and the weather was shit so I thought this was the ideal rest day. Also my right knee hurts...
