Did 15x80m intervals uphill (max). To get faster. My ankle feelt ok.

Swedish Night championship in Trosa. The terrain wasn't exactly what I was hoping for. We where more or less close to the city the whole time. My speed was quite good today but I never really got into the orienteering and made to many stupid mistakes. 29th place.

Running with Patrik mostly on tracks and in the forest. Right knee hurt a little bit while I was running.
