Orienteering race 36:39 [4] 6.61 km (5:33 / km)
slept:4.0 shoes: Inov8 x-talon 212

10-mila leg 8. Went out 45th, came back 42nd. Did a couple of smaller mistakes, totaly maybe 1,5 min. I was running alone all the time and I felt that i couldn't run as fast as I wanted to.

At first I wasn't very pleased with my time but after discussing the course with Mattias Millinger (who run the 9th leg, forked with leg 8th, in our first team) I realised that I've had a longer forking and that my time wasn't as bad as i thought. Overall an OK race.

I was 4th on my gaffel/forking and 39th on the leg:

Sprint training with Henrik, Daniel and Erik at the Sten Sture map. Made some mistakes, maybe 45 sek totaly, and felt tired today. I'll take it easy now til 10mila.

Some warm up and warm down with the other guys. And since I came early to the training area, I did some warm up on my own before the others arrived.

Took a rest day. Doing an easy week now in order to get a peak performance at 10-Mila. I'll be running the 8th leg in our 2nd team.

Roller skiing with David Holmström in Norrtälje. Followed by sprint-o training at Nordrona on an old course from sprint-dm 2006.
