On the stationary bike at home. I was watching some videos from the mountainbike world cup during the training to make the time pass faster. It's really boring to train indoor.

Swedish ski-o sprint champs in Gustafs (same area as WUOC last summer). After a good first control I took bad routechoices going to both 2nd and 3rd. Got the 4th one alright and then did a stupid thing going to the 5th, where I stopped at a control just east of mine. From there the orienteering when alright apart from nr 11 where i missed a track and went to far to the north just ahead of the control.

But my main problem today was my shape. Body really felt like shit. The almost weeks of being sick really destroyed the fairly good shape i was in.

Ended up in 26th place.
