Cycling - Road intervals (Stationary bike) 1:02:00 [5]
When I started with mountain biking I kind of decided not to do much intevals in the first year since my body wasn't really used to cycling and I didn't want to get any injuries. Instead I did all my speedwork as orienteering, running or, occasionally, as MTBO. Now I've been cycling for something like 9 months so I figured that maybe it was time to start doing some intervals and speed training on the bike as well. (Also it was fucking cold today so I didn't feel like training outside)
Some 20min warm up Intervals on the stationary bike. 5x3min with 2min easy pedaling in between. 15min warm down.
