Started with 10min warm up then did 2 laps on the MTB course in Sunnersta. Had 19,43 on the two laps. Used my Nishiki SRI Carbon (8,5kg 26HT) with the 2,25 Racing Ralph (2,0 bar rear, 2,3 bar front). I'll use this loop as a test track since it's really technical and hilly.

After that I did a loop in Nåsten and Vårtsätra and then a loop in the northern parts of Lunsen.
