Rest day. Will be doing another threshold test tomorrow at Bosön. Will be fun to see how a winter of mainly skiing have affected my ability to push hard on the bike!

Organized a MTBO training for the club. Fun to see the kids trying it out for the first time.

Cycling - MTB warm up/down 45:00 [2]

10 AM

Cycling - MTB race 54:30 [4] 15.0 km (16.5 kph)

World cup Mix relay in Mulhouse. Rode the 2nd leg after Kajsa.

Started slow, legs weren't in the game and I wasn't really able to warm up that well. Did a bit if a stupid mistake going to 5th where I missed a path and had to turn back around. Lost maybe 30-45sek on that.

Got caught going to 6th but managed to shake him quickly. Saw the french rider going to 8th (probably 2nd or 3rd team) and started pushing a bit more. Didn't see anyone till just before the spectator control when I saw the german dude.

Passed him and rode along to the end.

Pretty good ride technically, but was still struggling physically. Think I need to enter the world cups a bit more rested.
