Planning a restday, or maybe an easy swim as the weather is great. Slept alright but woke up really early because it got so bright in my apartment. Really need to get better drapes for my windows...

Also, I'm really starting to get the itch for xterra racing. This sundays race in MTBO really destroyed a bit of my motivation for the sport. It's not fun to race shitty competitions! It made me remember how fun I thought xterra was last year and how it really helpt me with that motivation for training.

Also, I think that I can get really good at it if I gave it a try. I'm already matching some of the PRO guys without even trying. I think I'll add some swim training and some brick sessions to see if I can step up my game this year.

So I'll probably to Xterra Tisvilde instead of the baltic MTBO champs, as I've already entered the race (back in november) and it's a lot easier with transports to Denmark.

Easy long ride after work mostly on dirt roads. Awesome summer weather, but with lots of pollen in the air. Felt strong throughout and jumped of to to a quick transistion run at 4min/km pace.
