First 2 sprint-O courses on 1:5000 to get used to adjusting the speed after my map reading. Felt really good and I had an awesome flow. Didn't push all that much though, instead kept the speed moderatly high.
After that I rode for about 1,5h on the local trails to make sure that the bike is working as it's suppose to with the new wheels.
It rained during the whole session.
