Felt super tired as I woke up and decided to take a rest day and not join Indianen for a 4h ski session. Was tempted though, but decided that it was better in the long run to rest today.

2x12min (hills) threshold intervals with David. Felt pretty good but had a bit of a hard time pushing my heart rate up to threshold on the first interval (especially on the flat parts). 2nd one was easier.
