Triathlon/Xterra race 2:52:00 [4] 41.5 km (4:09 / km)

Xterra Denmark European Championships.

3rd swim this year, so not very prepared for this. Time: 28.04 @ 1500m 49th

Good T1. 4th split. Took lots of places going through. 32nd.

OK mountainbiking. Got stuck behind slower riders and had some problems with my gear and ended up almost going SS in the end rather then having misshifts. 10th bike split and 14th overall.

Good T2. 4th split. Up to 12th.

Felt slow going out on the run and didn't want to push to hard and blow up as I knew that I had some fast runners behind me. Got into it, after the first out of three laps, and sped up. Passed a bunch of runners and felt good. 3rd run split 8th overall.


Ended up in 2nd spot of my agegroup, which was a bit of a surprise as I haven't really trained for this. Gonna try to give this a real chance at some point.
