Ran the first leg on u10mila. did many small misstakes but felt good in my legs and ran fast. Was in the 4th place and the changeover.

Missed some minutesin the begining and hurt y foot in the end. Jumped over the last controls because of the foot and. hope it will be good soon.

Ran intervals 6*90/30 then 6*60/30 then 6*30/30. Felt good,

In the morning I trained a little strength program and after the intervals in the evening I trained core.
