POM Day 3. Long distance race at the same area as yesterday. Physically demanding course. Very early start time. I had a good race up to control #6 Then lost 7.5 min to #7 and further 4 min to #8; lost map contact

POM, Day 2 ,near Penamacor. Middle distance race. Nice weather conditions. Nice open terrain with lots of rocks. I had a very bad race. Okay up to #4. Then, i lost map contact to #5. I made several attempts to find #5 but without success. After a 15 minutes search action i left the race ...

Night sprint in Penamacor. Very bad weather conditions: Cold, heavy rain wind and fog. Broken headlamp after control #4.Tried to continue the race with the lamp in the hand but was hopeless...
