Newtonmore Highland games hill race.
climbed quite well and wasnt too far behind at the top but descended shit so didnt gain any places back. finished 7th and got some whisky for it so all good. Colin Donnely won.

ran a course that went through most of the wooded part apart from the lost world and then onto the open area. got a bit bored so ran to the top and admired the view for a bit instead.

drove north through the Lakes and stopped at Kirkstone pass.Then went for an easy run into the hills,climbed up st ravens edge to pike how then upto stoney cove pike passing johns bells banner, overlooking doupcrag. The weather was really good and the lakes mountains looked so nice i could have ran forever.

did course on esthwaite intake.same cone that i ran in february on a seds training weekend. raced head to head with john doing the butterflys the opposite way to each other.

roo planned me a course and i ran it.it was fun.it rained.i got wet.
Note
Me and Roo went to the Lake District for a few days training and John Rocke came up from Sheffield. Bilbo got us some maps of three nice little areas, and we stayed with Johns Grandpa.it was a really good couple of days training.

Went to Bowhill with roo. we went to the adventure playground and house for abit then did some training. she ran a course i planned and i did some farleck. Felt pretty good so pushed it pretty hard and tried to keep the easy running as short as possible, just stayed on the tracks because the forest was a bit green underfoot.
