running 3rd leg green for the mighty EUOC
ran abit shit.was messing about on the first two controls then at number 10 the line from 13-14 passed through it so i went to 13 instead of 11. lost me 2 mins at least. i really hate it when planners do that, its crap planning and there isnt really an excuse for doing it.

euoc won by quite a way. good craic on especially piling on peter g on the run in, as he anchored EUOC 2.

30min tempo run, starting at flat on Dalkeith Road and then just round the roads up to Braids, then back past KB and around to flat again.

felt ok, not too sharp tho

warm down:5min jog and stretch

my interval session got interupted by a circuits class, but since this was my first proper session back i decided it wasnt probaly a bad thing so just joined in.

warm down: 5min jog and stretch.
