went down to meadowbank stadium and did some short intervals on the track.

warm up: 15min cycle, 5min running

intervals: 8 x 200m, jog back recovery
tried to focus on good posture

warm dowm: 10min jog and stretch

i missed the actual session (arrived as they did their last rep) this is because im doing a group project and you always get knobs that take ages to do their work or just dont do it.

so did the reps with jess who was also late

warm up:10min run

10x 1min reps, jog back recovery

warm down: 17min easy jog and stretch

started off with some running,then hopping,then some squats etc, then medicine ball work, then supermans.

tough, sweated alot.mmmm

warm up:20min jog and strides

intervals: 3x 1.2km, 90sec rest
pace was abit uneven, 3.52,3.56,4.01

warm down: 14min jog and stretches

felt ok, i think it was not great going straight into a 1.2k session after doing short stuff and being ill, but there was a good group to run with so i did it.

Monday Oct 1

easy run round some streets around the Dalkeith road end of town.
felt really shite, did afew sprints along the way but was really knackered by the end.

hopefully this was just due to the day i had:architecture project on leith walk so, cycled to omni centre at 9, walked down leith walk, walked all the way back up to chamber street, walked back down leith, walked around for a couple of hours, cycled back to dalkeith road at about 5.30.

SOL at Dumyat.

ran ok felt quite good for the majority of the course. lost concentration as i planned ahead and missed out no.14 which was a short control. area was technically easy, tho still lost about 5mins over the course.(2.5 mins of this was taking a detour to the top of Dumyat though:)

hector won, 69, he was technically pretty clean.good time.
