i felt fine in the morning so i decided to run. i shouldn't have, i felt really crap when i was running but finished anyway. coombs ran well and finished 16th about 2.50 ahead of me. | ||

| Bah. was just getting into a nice routine and was really looking forward to training after sitting down and organising a plan, when i get a bit of a cold. sore throat, high rhr.
not helped by the fact that ive had shit loads of work and any real rest has been limited. i'm feeling abit better though and ive got my fingers crossed that these couple of days off have helped and i will wake up tomorow fine and be able to skip round braids hills. | ||
