well, the last few days have been shite.
yesterday i had a peice of coursework to hand in worth 30%, usually i'd just do the minimum required to pass but when you have to present it infront of tutors and the rest of your class, trying to present a peice of crap isn't fun.
so instead i worked 24/4 just about and i so i decided to not train because i was feeling tired as it was and i think training would have just invited a cold to come back. im going to try not to let my course interfere with training again but it just got impossible this week.

december starts today tho so im going to turn over a new leaf starting with scottish unis xc.

a piece of advice to give your children 'don't do architecture do an easy degree like medicine or hairdressing';)

really good course with plenty of little climbs, mud and twists and turns.
first two laps of the course i felt pretty crap, really tired. but felt abit better on the last and managed to break away from Rupe and Clarky. still a crap performance tho.
course must have been under 10k

good training tho.need to do more xcountry def a weakness at the moment.

romanian dead lift: 3x10 40k
ab rolls: 3x10

landmines: 3x10 22.5k
