weather was shite
Ran a crap first two laps but the last lap was better and i pulled up alot of places. finished 66th.

jog along to peffermill with james.

jog back to flat.

Strenght and conditioning session with coombs.

warm up and down on bike.
olympic moves, plyometrics, etc...

Hill intervals with oleg and coombs, on castle hill

10x 1min, ~1.30rec

felt ok but my left hip/lower back/ass tightened up pretty bad.

coombs did 12 reps. he's my hero.
good session though, really nice training under the castle when its all lit up.

rego. coombs also brought rego to the gym.
going to do plenty of stretching.

Had an exam today so only managed to catch last 20 mins of circuits.
thought about doing something after but stood around nd chatted instead.

tough session, didn't feel too great and tightened up a fair bit towards the end.

rhr been pretty high recently, doesnt seem to want to get back to a usual level(54)

Jog from flat along past peffermill to the craigmillar area.
did some sprints on a bit of road on the edge of housing estate.

jog back, rego, stretching, cream of mushroom soup.

Sunday Dec 2

Haries run from Dick Vet corner.
murray, coombs, scotia, clarky, martin, katherine, heidi

nice steady pace out past haymarket, over corstorphine hill, then back along cycle path straight back to haymarket, back through meadows.
coombs and murray went for an extra loop after corstorphine.

felt good tho bit surprised by my max hr.
aparently burned 1195cals
