Castle hill reps with CK and Chepls

10 x 1min, 1.30 jog back

good session, hitting better height than last week.

Wednesday Dec 12

Running (3k time trial) 10:19 [3]3 km (3:26 / km)
Me and Hector went down to the track to do our 3k time trials. he ran first and ran solidly getting 9.40.

i ran second, was aiming for 9.45, 78s 400s, started well but just couldn't keep hitting them.faded badly and did 10.19.

what can i say, no excuses, was feeling good. so ive came to the conclusion i'm just shit at running, spent the afternoon looking into the british tiddlywinks team and looking at other peoples 3k's: jabba the hut did, 10.12, andy fordham 10.09, margaret thatcher 10.01.
thats how poor 10.19 is.

medicine ball work, bent over rows, push press, festive animal races

281 dalkeith road, KB, dick vet corner, round meadows, commy pool.

going to add this into training now, and build up by 5 each week.
will wear hrm next time aswell

Circuits stuff in the gym

olympic moves, roll outs, single leg squats, med ball work.

20mins easy spin in between core stuff and the circuits class

Circuits class
pretty tough, muscles were really tired at the end.

Sunday Dec 9

Running 1:25:00 [3]
Terrain and path run with Roxburgh Reivers at the Hirsel,an estate near Coldstream.

Pace was pretty steady, but a decent amount through terrain.
weather got horrid at the end.
Went to a really nice restaurant for lunch tho!
