Running long 1:22:00 [3]11.85 km (6:55 / km)
Usual christmas day long run to work up an appetite for eating as much food as physically possible.

run along the road then up to phaup, then through the forest out onto the sheil, up to skelfhill pen then back through old northouse forestry and over northhouse then bowanhill.
pace was pretty steady apart from a few hill efforts, then dad started setting off at the end trying to lose us. he didn't manage, only just tho....
C • Happy Christmas! 1

Monday Dec 24

Running (farleck) 45:00 [3]
me and james did fartleck round bowanhill and the sheil (terrain)

Ran a short course planned by John and Mairead on Graythwaite

focussed on visualising control circle and simplifying.

orienteering 1:07:00 [3]
in the aftrenoon me john and mairead went for a long terrain run through graythwaite with a map.
kept a steady pace and it was good just to run through some proper terrain after a bit of a break from it. mairead kept up really well.
