tough session, hill was really steep especially for the 30s reps. 10x 30s, 40sec rec 5x 3min, 2min rec we both pushed well and were reaching higher heights on the hill on last rep than 1st. | ||

Lots of snow lying, some points above the knee where it had drifted, most of the time just half way up my shin. felt a bit like a polar explorer right up at the top:) | ||
