Long run with Oleg and Marcus, starting at hillend and doing a loop out round the pentlands. was a fair bit of snow and ice about so abit slippy in places. good efforts on the hills

Run to meadows from flat,jog back to flat.

had planned a fourth but stomach was churning abit and another effort would have meant a wildy on the meadows. so no.

Run with James
weather was pish, started off in a blizzard but that soon cleared. ran up to the top of the seat, was abit slippy coming off it, then round the back and back along the radical road.

Steady run, was going to be tempo, but my legs were really dead, so i just went steady for 20 then did some drills on grass, then 5 steady back to flat.

Putting out controls on the seat for the sosol.
8am, so after that i was pretty knackered because get much sleep after euoc ceilidh
