orienteering 40:00 [3]
session on the open part of holme fell and some of the steeper wooded slopes round the edge.
orienteering 15:00 [3]
had a break after the first course because my foot was hurting a bit, then ran a short technical loop round the best part of holme fell, orienteering pretty well.

loop round wooded area on the south edge of the holme fell map, really badly winblown in places which was abit shit, and then a quick loop on a small open hill

foot was bothering me so didn't run for very long

Steady run with james over braids, into hermitage woods and onto blackford hill.pushed quite hard up to the top of braids. i left james at the bottom of blackford to do some hill reps.

shin was getting tight and starting to feel foot, which is abit gay, so didn't do the second set of 10 i had planned.

seemed to be a race on in edinburgh today, people with numbers on running through hermitage woods. unless they were taking training for a race abit too far:)

with james. worked up a gooood sweat.

warm up/down spin

core exercises and some other stuff.

When i saw the pyhsio in sweden she highlighted that i had quite an inbalance in my legs. My right one is quite abit weaker than the left one, which is incedentley abit shorter. so did some work on lefty to try and get him up to scratch. it's causing abit of problems, the right leg keeps bullying lefty and Big bad 3rd leg has had to step in many times.......

felt knackered from eventually getting back to my flat at 1am, so just spent the day lazing about and travelled home.

decided not to run the relay.
My shin and foot felt fine after the classic but i decided not to risk it with another day's competition.
