Mountain bike race (XC Midlands Champs) 2:22:29 [4] 43.5 km (3:17 / km)

Midlands XC champs - Sherwood pines
tired legs and arms from climbing yesterday and runs last week, but spent 40 mins carefully warming up.
Great Course, only problems was a really sore back and a massive near crash when I turned when someone shouted rider.
31st out of 49 in masters. got a long way to go to get anywhere near the leaders...

Very fast, faded lots at the end, so probably running sub 7s for first 1.5 miles.
Very pleased to beat Tuesdays time by 50 odd secs

Dark and White, snapped Chain, walked 5 km home, Going really well, would have won I suspect

Lunchtime run, very huimid, went out hard trying to beat 30 mins , just missed out.
